£12,995.00

1 of 28 remaining on British roads Pininfarina-styled Peugeot 304 S Cabriolet. This impressive example of a rare French icon which was produced from 1970.This example on offer has the more powerful S version engine, sporting a twin choke/twin barrel SU carburettor providing a 10 bhp output increase to 75 bhp.

Finished in BLANC MEIJE (White) complimented by NOCCIOLA (Brown) leather seats. A completely solid rust-free body and underside and is mechanically sound. Since being delivered in 1974 it has always been garaged and cherished dearly by its previous owners, the last owner had it in his possession for 23 years. This wonderful 2-seater comes with a plethora of history, all filed chronologically in a large ring binder from 1974 until this present day. The paintwork is completely original and although its not by any means perfect, it still presents well. All shut lines are straight, and the roof looks as new showing almost no signs of wear. Though externally the car is very well-presented, the interior would benefit from some light cosmetic work to get it to show winning standard.

Included in the history file is the original service booklet preserved in its leather wallet hosting a variety of stamps, original maintenance manual and the original purchase invoice. You really would need to allow an hour or so to go through all the history. The car has just been serviced and the carburettor cleaned, running on E5 fuel and the occasional drop of additive to keep the internals clean and lubricated. This is a beautifully crafted car that turns heads wherever it goes and is ready to be enjoyed through the soon approaching summer days.

2 sets of keys, HPI Clear, full service history.
